MIPCOM, Cannes – Disney Media Distribution announced international licensing agreements for the ABC Studios family action-adventure series No Ordinary Family. Key Asia Pacific partners including ABS-CBN (The Philippines), Channel Seven (Australia), Media Prima (Malaysia), SingTel mio TV (Singapore), TVNZ (New Zealand) and Zee Network (India) have picked up the first season of No Ordinary Family in their respective markets. In addition, Disney Media Distribution announced that Shanghai Media Group (SMG) has renewed the agreement to produce a second season of The Amazing Race: China Rush in 2011. The premiere season of The Amazing Race: China Rush on SMG’s International Channel Shanghai (ICS) network was well received by viewers in China and was especially popular among college educated male audiences.
