Off The Fence has promoted Fiona Chu to sales manager and is overseeing all of Asia out of the Singapore office. Marije Plaum has been promoted to head of distribution where she will still do some programme sales but will be master minding systems and marketing. Mark Dee-Shapland has been promoted to the post of sales executive.
