Hong Kong – Disney-ABC International Television (DAIT), Asia Pacific, and Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment (WDSHE) signed an agreement with one of Korea’s leading online content providers, Nowcom to make full-length Disney feature films available to their customers online. Under the agreement, customers have the opportunity to either rent or purchase from a vast array of current and library Disney movie titles. This agreement covers distribution of on-demand, full-length feature films including such current hits such as UP and The Proposal. Titles will continue to be added, but some of the full-length titles now available include Pirates of the Caribbean and The Chronicles of Narnia. Nowcom is a leading webhard, with a customer base of 17 million users and approximately 5.5 million unique visitors per month to its two download service sites. Nowcom recently announced an agreement with national television networks to provide legal television content through PDBOX and CLUBBOX.
