Cineflix International announced a number of deals across four key territories in the region ahead of ATF. In Hong Kong, TVB has taken 3 separate series, including the first 2 seasons of World’s Greenest Homes, a series that proves luxury and ecology can exist under the same roof, the third series of Windfall Films Huge Moves, and CID’s popular multiplatform content Cooler Facts. Hong Kong’s Now TV has snapped up the first two runs of property makeover show Home Heist starring Colin and Justin, the celebrity duo who are currently contestants in the jungle for the UK’s I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here. In Thailand True Visions has bought the second series of Urban Legends, a show that proposes three incredible stories where only one of them is actually true. True Visions has also picked up the fourth series of the observational medical series Medical Emergency, produced by Australian producer and broadcaster, Channel 7. In China, Leland International has gone for the seventh series of Cineflix’s big hitting drama doc, Mayday and also for kids and family oriented Animals at Work, produced for the BBC by Cineflix and starring John Barrowman.
