Singapore – Universal Channel Asia has acquired the exclusive rights to broadcast The Jay Leno Show direct from the US when it debuts this September. Universal Channel will broadcast the show five nights a week at 11pm first and exclusively in Asia come September 15. Asia viewers will get to watch the daily Jay Leno Show almost as soon as their US counterparts – Universal Asia will air the show within 24 hours of the US broadcast for four nights a week. The Friday episodes in the US will be aired every following Monday on Universal. The Jay Leno Show has been identified as one of the top 20 new shows this year and some of Hollywood’s biggest names have already announced their presence on the premiere, including Jerry Seinfeld; Jay-Z, Rihanna and Kanye West will appear together on the premiere.
