Singapore – National Geographic Channel and LG Electronics are launching a new campaign to encourage more viewers across South East Asia to experience High-Definition (HD) TV entertainment. In conjunction with the launch of LG’s LH50, LH70 and LH35 FULL HD LCD TVs across South East Asia, the 2009 National Geographic Channel Top 10 HD campaign invites viewers in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam to vote for their top 10 favourites from a collection of 30 NGC HD documentaries shown on National Geographic Channel HD in the past year. Viewers can log onto www.ngcasia.com/top10hd to watch the documentaries and cast their vote between now and 9 August 2009. The 30 NGC HD documentaries in this campaign are part of National Geographic’s vast global collection, spanning a range of genres from cutting-edge science and engineering to wildlife, investigations and culture.
