CommunicAsia – GlobeCast will provide domestic and international broadcast delivery via satellite for all SD and HD feeds as well as an international broadcast booking centre for tape playout and SNG services for the upcoming World Games, to be held 16-26 July 2009. The LIVE World feed which includes the pre-programme, opening and closing ceremonies and daily highlights, is available free-to-air to broadcasters worldwide via satellite distribution. The IOC-sanctioned World Games aim to feature the diversity of sport, showcasing sport not featured at the Olympics such as snooker, aikido, field archery, boules, dragon boat racing, bodybuilding, wakeboarding amongst many others.
