Singapore – NBC Universal pulled off the first Universal channel outdoor marketing consumer event to promote the channel’s new show, Flashpoint. The massive guerrilla stunt at Singapore’s Raffles Place Park involved 50 talents and was a depiction of a typical scene in the hit series now showing on Universal Channel every Wednesday at 9pm (StarHub channel 99). Flashpoint is a dramatic portrayal of an elite tactical unit – the Strategic Response Unit (SRU), which is based on the experiences of the real life Toronto Police Emergency Task Force.
