Singapore – The biggest original production by an Asian broadcaster, The Amazing Race Asia garnered startling ratings results from its latest season premiere on AXN. Building on its viewership base of over 19 million viewers across Asia for season 2, the September 11 debut of season 3 saw a 12 percent growth in viewers from Malaysia and Singapore tuning in. And AXN has been leading the ratings chart with The Amazing Race Asia during its timeslot among international cable channels across key Asia markets for all episodes so far. Yan-Jong Wong, executive director of AXN says, “The success of The Amazing Race and our very own Asian version demonstrates AXN’s foresight and strength in bringing the very best, high-quality television entertainment to its audience.”
