Singapore – Following rumours of another executive reshuffle at MTV Networks International, senior vice president of MTVNI and Viacom Brand Solutions Ian Stewart is set to leave the company. End-June 2008, Television Asia Plus reported the sudden exit of Li Yifei, executive vice president and managing director of MTV Networks China. Other executive departures were believed to be imminent, but Stewart’s exit was only confirmed today. Industry insiders speculate Stewart’s exit may well stem from an ‘unhappy marriage’ management structure between MTV Asia LDC, headed up by executive vice president and managing director Amit Jain, and MTV Networks International/Viacom Brand Solutions headed up by senior vice president Ian Stewart.
