Sydney – In a first for Turner in Asia Pacific, Cartoon Network games are now available on subscription basis via GAMESWORLD on channel 555, the enhanced interactive television (iTV) service of FOXTEL. The new service is an extension of an innovative partnership that saw Turner offering kids’ Pay-to-Play games on the Kids and Family section of the interactive TV games portal. Co-branded with Cartoon Network, the Kids and Family channel on FOXTEL’s GAMESWORLD, gives subscribers the option to play games via the remote control, both on a Pay-to-Play basis and by monthly subscription. Games based on Cartoon Network shows Ben 10, Codename: Kids Next Door or The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, as well as Scooby-Doo are accessible direct from Cartoon Network or Boomerang channels by pressing the red button on the remote control to launch Gamesworld Kids & Family.
