FremantleMedia Enterprises (FME) has signed deals with BermanBraun and Thom Beers’ Original Productions to acquire international TV, home entertainment and format rights to four new shows on NBC Television Network’s 2008/2009 schedule. The deal covers America’s Toughest Jobs, Swords, Shark Taggers and a fourth series to be named in the following weeks to form a primetime programming block of more than 30 hours. FME has picked up international TV rights including Canada, and home entertainment rights in Australia and UK to the three confirmed shows. FremantleMedia Productions has also picked up international format rights to America’s Toughest Jobs also including Canada.
