Universal City, California – Pauline Bohm has been promoted to senior vice president, marketing, NBC Universal (NBCU) International Television Distribution, and Rachel Mansson has been upped to vice president, marketing, for the division’s international new media unit. Based in Los Angeles, Bohm reports to Belinda Menendez, president, NBCU International TV Distribution, while Mansson is based in London and reports to Bohm. Bohm will develop and implement marketing strategies for NBCU International TV Distribution and its TV and feature film portfolio, working with an international client base in more than 250 territories. She is also responsible for the division’s international brand strategy and presence at global sales markets and events, and will identify new marketing practices and methods of client support. Bohm manages teams based in Los Angeles and London, and has worked on international marketing campaigns for titles including Heroes, House, the Law & Order brand, Monk and Battlestar Galactica. Mansson will develop and implement marketing efforts for NBCU International Television Distribution’s international new media unit, spanning EST, VOD and SVOD, across traditional and new platforms including cable, satellite, digital terrestrial TV, internet and mobile. She also oversees brand management of PictureBox, NBCU’s new SVOD service available on multiple platforms in Singapore, UK and Poland. Mansson manages a London-based team. Bohm served as VP, marketing, NBCU International Television Distribution, since joining the company in 2004. She was SVP, international marketing at Pearson Television International before that. Mansson was most recently marketing director, international new media since 2005, and first joined the company in 2002 as marketing director, EMEA, for then-Universal International Television Distribution, from PolyGram Filmed Entertainment.
