ImaginAsian Entertainment, an Asian-American multimedia entertainment company, has unveiled The ImaginAsian Center in Los Angeles. Partnering with Cinema Properties Group, The ImaginAsian Center was set up as the only film centre in the city to showcase first-run Asian and Asian American films. Renovated from the historic Linda Lea Theater, The ImaginAsian Center offers an auditorium with 250 stadium style seating which includes a 16-seat VIP section, a VIP Lounge, and a stage for special events. Promoting Asian Pacific American culture to the US, ImaginAsian Entertainment is headquartered in New York and employs an integrated marketing strategy through multiple platforms in addition to The ImaginAsian Center. These include ImaginAsian TV, US’ first 24-hour Asian-American network; The ImaginAsian Theater, its New York-based Asian-American theater; ImaginAsian Pictures, a distributor of Asian films; ImaginAsian Home Entertainment, a video/DVD unit providing Asian shows; ImaginAsian Radio, as well as iaLink, ImaginAsian’s community-based e-zine.
