Hong Kong / New York – STAR and KyLinTV launched Mandarin-language STAR Chinese Channel on the latter’s IPTV platform in North America on Dec. 1, and will soon debut Channel [V] Taiwan and a movie channel. STAR Chinese Channel is an entertainment channel in Taiwan providing talk shows, game shows, contemporary and costume drama series, lifestyle and variety shows. Signature programs include in-house production Bingo Pool, chat show Gossip Queen and game show Lucky Star. Coming on stream in the coming months are Mandarin-language music Channel [V] Taiwan and a movie channel featuring classic Chinese movies.
