Singapore – Streaming 21, a provider of broadcast-quality streaming solutions, has set up a new research and development (R&D) center in Singapore. Currently, Streaming21’s presence spans the US, Taiwan, Japan, China and Singapore as its IPTV solutions have been deployed by telcos and IPTV service providers across these markets. The company’s key clients include NTT Communications, NEO Index, VIC TOKAI, Enterwave and TEPCO in Japan; KT in South Korea; and Chunghwa Telecom in Taiwan.
