London- Terri Seow has joined BBC World, BBC’s international 24-hour news and information television channel as its new Head of Marketing for Asia Pacific. Based in BBC World’s Singapore office, Seow reports to Annabel Cameron, the channel’s London-based Global Head of Marketing. She is responsible for business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing activity across East Asia, Australia and Japan, and leads the marketing teams in Singapore, Tokyo and Sydney. She will manage the BBC World brand in these regions as well as the creation and execution of regional campaigns on and off air. Seow also oversees marketing activity with affiliates and advertising sales clients in the region. Prior to joining BBC World, Seow headed the regional marketing team for National Geographic Channels based in Hong Kong and launched a number of channels in the National Geographic Channel and Fox International Channels family across the region.
