CNN International has promoted Ellana Lee to Managing Editor, CNN Asia Pacific to oversee all regional programming and newsgathering resources including studio operations in Hong Kong. Lee has worked at CNN for more than 10 years. Phil O’Sullivan steps up as Executive Producer, Hong Kong, responsible for daily programming and newsgathering production and planning from CNN’s Hong Kong bureau, which is also the network’s Asia-Pacific headquarters. O’Sullivan joined CNN from Television New Zealand in 2000. Parisa Khosravi has been upped from Vice President to Senior Vice President, International Newsgathering. He manages CNN’s entire international newsgathering operation which includes more than 60 correspondents, 26 bureaus and the Atlanta-based international desk. Khosravi has been with CNN for 20 years and has led planning and coverage of top international stories.
