Kuala Lumpur - The MEASAT Global Berhad (MEASAT) Group has signed an agreement with THAICOM Public Company Ltd for the Malaysian payload of the THAICOM 4 (IPSTAR) satellite. The agreement was executed by a MEASAT subsidiary.
