Nonthaburi, Thailand - IPSTAR Australia Pty Ltd (IPA), a wholly owned subsidiary of Thailand’s Shin Satellite plc. has entered into a 12-year agreement to have ETT Ltd serve as the exclusive National Service Operator (NSO) for IPSTAR broadband satellite services in Australia.
