NBC Universal wraps up Sparrowhawk Holdings
London – NBC Universal has finalized the acquisition of Sparrowhawk Holdings and its global portfolio of pay-TV channels including the international Hallmark Channels, from Providence Equity Partners, 3i and management shareholders.
