Hong Kong – (CTE) is launching two HD channels – Celestial Movies HD (CM HD) and KIX HD, in Malaysia on DTH platform Astro, on March 1.

Malaysia becomes the first market in the region to carry CM HD, and the second market for KIX HD following the channel’s Singapore launch in November 2011.

Celestial Movies HD offers first run and exclusive Chinese and Asian films as well as all-time favorites. KIX HD features five distinct programming pillars: fight events, action series, action reality, action movies and a late-night block of thriller movies.

The two channels will be available on the Astro B.yond HD platform via Channel 309 and Channel 729, respectively.
