Singapore – Drama series Ghetto Justice and When Heaven Burns were the biggest winners at the StarHub TVB Awards 2012, held at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre on Saturday, 18 August.

A total of 30 awards were presented. Ghetto Justice won the inaugural Singapore Media’s Favourite Drama award and When Heaven Burns was named My Favourite TVB Drama. The leads of both dramas were also honoured, with Ghetto Justice’s Myolie Wu and Kevin Cheng, and When Heaven Burns’ Moses Chan and Charmaine Sheh winning the My Favourite TVB Female and Male Character awards.

Hu Feng, a veteran actor who started his acting career with TVB in 1987, was presented with an honorary award – the Professional Spirit Award, in recognition of his significant contributions to the Hong Kong entertainment industry.

The StarHub TVB Awards 2012 will air on VV Drama (StarHub TV Channel 855) on 25 August.
