ITV Studios Global Entertainment (ITVSGE) has secured a raft of deals for three of its major international drama series: Mr Selfridge, Falcón and Endeavour.
Highly anticipated ITV Studios period drama Mr Selfridge (1×90’ + 9×60’) has been pre-sold to Ireland’s TV3, Norwegian public broadcaster NRK and Finnish public broadcaster YLE. These pre-sales follow the previous deals secured for the drama with MASTERPIECE on PBS in the USA, the Seven Network in Australia, Swedish public broadcaster SVT and Israel’s YES DBS Satellite Services.
European crime drama co-production Falcón (4 x 60’), which is based on acclaimed crime writer Robert Wilson’s bestselling series of novels, has been pre-sold to HBO Latin America, Sweden’s SVT and HOT Israel. These deals follow the first pre-sale secured at MIPTV with BBC Worldwide Channels in Australia. Falcón is a Mammoth Screen production for Sky Atlantic co-produced with Canal+ Spain and ZDF.
Inspector Morse prequel Endeavour (4 x 120’) has been acquired by Pramer’s Film & Arts channel in Latin America, Sweden’s SVT, Norway’s NRK, Danish public broadcaster DR, Croatia’s HRT and Lietuvos Ryto Televizija in Lithuania. These deals follow the news that the detective drama has been picked up by WGBH in the US and the sales secured at MIPTV to Seven Network in Australia, TVNZ in New Zealand, Belgian public broadcaster VRT and Netherlands Public Broadcasting (NPO). Endeavour is a Mammoth Screen production.
