Cannes- 2waytraffic N.V., Netherlands-based developer of interactive content, has acquired and integrated with Celador International Limited (CIL) to be re-launched as 2waytraffic International. CIL’s staff joins the 2waytraffic sales, production, marketing and legal teams in integrated departments based in Hilversum and CIL’s London offices. 2waytraffic International, headed by Ed Louwerse, was established last December to capitalize on the 2waytraffic catalogue, targeting territories outside Benelux, the US, Eastern Europe and the Nordic region, where the company already has local operations. Besides the Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? format, 2waytraffic International now represents the CIL catalogue, which includes You Are What You Eat, Brainiest and Hypnotic World. More than 200 titles were available at MIPTV, including formats from 2waytraffic (Last One Standing, Xplosief), Intellygents (Take It Or Leave It, That’s The Question) and CIL. 2waytraffic International also launched two new game show formats, The Ring and Holiday Fever, as well as a full pilot of its interactive ra full pilot of its interactive reverse auction mechanism format, Daylight Robbery.
