Building on commercial services already available in Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkata, the partners have already struck agreements for 59 cities where IOL Broadband will provide content and marketing functions for the IPTV services, and BSNL will provide access to customers. Service launches will be prioritized by requirements and broadband penetration.
