London– Namco Bandai Networks Europe Ltd is working with FremantleMedia Enterprises, the commercial division of FremantleMedia, to develop, publish and distribute mobile games based on the Idols format, which has been sold to 41 territories. The multi-year agreement between the companies will see Idols-based mobile games launch across territories in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. The Japanese entertainment company specializing in toys, video games and software, amusement machines and facilities as well as network content will license content for a European audience for the first time, and follows the establishment of a European mobile entity in January 2007.
