Hong Kong – Turner Entertainment Networks Asia, Inc. (TENA) has appointed Dulce Lim Chen as Vice President, Asia Pacific of Cartoon Network Enterprises (CNE), Cartoon Network’s consumer products division, effective from Feb 2008. Lim will drive Cartoon Network’s licensing businesses including merchandise, publishing, home video products, interactive games and others including promotions and events in 14 countries across the region. Working with TENA’s network teams on regional strategy development and licensing initiatives to grow revenues and brand presence, her responsibilities also include implementation of integrated network initiatives; third party representation of brands and properties; and liaison with CNE’s worldwide divisions on global planning and execution of such plans in Asia Pacific. Lim joins TENA from Sesame Workshop, where she served as Vice President, Business Development, Asia Pacific, Sesame Street English, and oversaw planning and execution of the Sesame Street English strategy in the region. Lim’s CNE appointment also marks her return to Time Warner where she worked 10 years in the publishing division’s sales and marketing offices.
