Universal City, California – NBC Universal (NBCU) International Television Distribution has promoted Justin Che to senior vice president, and Sandra Chang to vice president, of international new media licensing. Both are based in Los Angeles and report to Beth Minehart, executive vice president, international new media licensing. Che supports all aspects of new media licensing for NBCU’s product outside of the US and Canada, focusing on Asia including Australia. Chang’s primary focus will be France, Spain and Latin America, including Brazil. Che was most recently vice president, international new media licensing, NBCU International Television Distribution. Prior to that, he was vice president, international business development for NBCU, and vice president, corporate development and strategic planning, for Universal Studios. Chang was director, international new media licensing, for NBCU International Television Distribution. She joined the company in 2004 as manager, international business development, NBCU. NBCU International Television Distribution distributes NBCU products to all forms of TV and new media outside the US and Canada. Its offerings of 4,000 feature films and 55,000 TV episodes include current and library titles, formats, non-scripted titles, sports, news, long-form and short-form programming and locally produced content from around the world.
