Hong Kong – STAR announced the appointment of Cindy Chang as senior vice president, advertising sales and distribution for STAR Taiwan. Chang will oversee STAR’s advertising sales and distribution activities in Taiwan, reporting to STAR Taiwan’s chief executive officer Daniel Cheung. Cindy Chang joins STAR from Aegis Media Group, where she has served as executive vice president since 2005, responsible for media buying, negotiation and media operations. Between 1994 and 2005, Chang worked at STAR Taiwan, first as a media manager, and then as a vice president of advertising sales, leading the advertising sales team in Taiwan.
