Singapore – SingTel announced that it will be giving all Singapore football fans the chance to enjoy Football Frenzy on mio TV for free till 31 October 2009. This is the first time that a pay TV operator in Singapore is offering free ‘live’ European football with absolutely no strings attached. SingTel currently holds the rights to the Italian Serie A, UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League. All three tournaments will be included in the offering. The offer will be made available to all 100,000 plus mio TV customers, and the Football Frenzy channels and on-demand library will be automatically turned on by August 17. New customers who sign up for a new mio TV or mio Home connection from now to 31 August will also enjoy the offer.
