Bomanbridge & Wind Sun Sky Collaborate on Future Chicken Animated Series

June 12, 2026 by TVA Editor

International content distribution and production Company, Bomanbridge Media, and Canadian next gen content studio, Wind Sun Sky, are collaborating to co-produce (with Bomanbridge distributing), a brand-new animated series of hit multimedia franchise, Future Chicken. The companies have announced.

The partnership will start with 20 x 11-minute episodes (kids aged 6-10 years) of Future Chicken and The Planet Protectors (w/t), produced by Wind Sun Sky with delivery slated for spring 2028.

Starring a chicken from the future who travels back in time to share tips and tricks for protecting the environment, Future Chicken has already ruffled feathers in the kids’ space and has experienced phenomenal growth into a multimedia franchise, with a hugely successful YouTube channel that includes short-form content series such as the Future Chicken Micro Mysteries, music videos, podcasts and a Roblox game.

The animated series expands the digital first world of Future Chicken. Set in the futuristic city of Eco Bay, the show follows Future Chicken and best friend, Frittata (an unhatched egg), as they journey to the past to prevent environmental problems from becoming future catastrophes. Combining laugh-out-loud comedy, fast-paced adventures and positive environmental themes, the series inspires kids to discover that even the smallest actions can help create a better future- because the future can’t wait.

Commenting on the announcement, Sonia Fleck, CEO of Bomanbridge Media said, “The team at Wind Sun Sky have a strong track record in building global IP that resonates with young audiences across television, digital and interactive platforms. As the boundaries between entertainment, education and digital engagement continue to blur, there is growing demand for children’s brands that can deliver meaningful experiences across multiple touchpoints. Future Chicken is uniquely positioned to meet that demand through its combination of storytelling, gaming, social content, classroom resources and real-world learning activations. This multi-platform approach allows children to engage with the brand in ways that are both entertaining and educational, creating a richer and more enduring relationship with the content.”

Catherine Winder, CEO/Founder of Wind Sun Sky Entertainment, said, “We are thrilled to be partnering with Bomanbridge Media on Future Chicken. Their commitment to meaningful environmental storytelling and their deep understanding of the global children’s market make them the perfect home for this franchise. A Future Chicken series is a natural next step in the brand’s evolution. Expanding into a long-form animated series allows us to deepen the characters, broaden the adventure and inspire kids around the world to see that they have the power to help shape a better future.”
