ZEE5 Global, the world’s leading streaming platform for South Asian content, has unveiled the powerful trailer of its much-awaited noir thriller Kennedy, directed by acclaimed filmmaker Anurag Kashyap. After winning hearts and acclaim at international film festivals, Kennedy is finally set to meet Indian audiences as it premieres exclusively on ZEE5 Global on 20th February.
Kennedy is a gritty Mumbai noir that follows Kennedy Uday Shetty (Rahul Bhat), a former cop turned contract killer leading a double life as a cab driver while carrying out hits for corrupt Police Commissioner Rasheed Khan. Haunted by the loss of his son and his broken family, Kennedy searches for redemption in a city that won’t let him escape his past. The film features Rahul Bhat in the lead, alongside Sunny Leone, Mohit Takalkar, Megha Burman, Aamir Dalvi, Abhilash Thapliyal, and Karishma Modi in pivotal roles, each adding layers to Kennedy’s bleak, fractured world.
The trailer teases a moody, atmospheric narrative filled with silence, rage, and survival. As Kennedy is framed in a dangerous conspiracy involving explosives, extortion rackets, and powerful forces, he is forced into a violent chase for truth, revenge, and one last act of redemption. With stylised action, haunting visuals, and Anurag Kashyap’s signature noir storytelling, the trailer sets the tone for an emotionally charged cinematic experience that explores loneliness, justice, and the cost of uncompromising choices.
