MwareTV empowers operators with powerful, intuitive, responsive AI support for subscribers

April 3, 2025 by TVA Editor

MwareTV, a leading cloud-based multi-tenant TV platform provider, is set to launch a ground-breaking new toolset at NAB 2025 (booth W3457, Las Vegas Convention Center, 5 – 9 April). The MwareAI Support Assistant extends the already powerful no-code App Builder, which creates consistent and feature-rich interfaces for all platforms, with useful and practical additions that make using the service even simpler.

The MwareAI Support Assistant is a cutting-edge, AI-powered tool that seamlessly integrates with the MwareTV platform, bringing intelligent support to subscribers across 16 supported platforms, including mobile devices, tablets, and popular TV apps including AndroidTV, FireTV, Samsung, LG, Vidaa and Titan. MwareAI can be accessed either by voice or by keyboard, and in multiple languages.

It empowers subscribers and transforms the support experience by delivering faster, smarter and more intuitive solutions through:

•    24/7 support availability – providing subscribers with round-the-clock support, the assistant answers queries related to troubleshooting, usage and functionality without any delay

•    tailored content recommendations – by analyzing individual subscriber data, the assistant delivers personalized responses and solutions, ensuring an optimized and highly engaging experience

•    enhanced marketing campaigns – acting as a proactive agent, the assistant can interact with subscribers via personalized marketing efforts including reminders, special discounts, product announcements and other updates

•    improved efficiency – instant responses to enquiries drastically reduce wait times, resulting in enhanced subscriber satisfaction and operational speed

•    multi-input flexibility – with support for both keyboard and voice input, the subscriber is free to interact with the system the way that suits them best

•    subscription management – whether subscribers wish to upgrade their subscription by adding more packages, cancel extra features or resolve outstanding bills, the assistant provides intuitive support for subscription management

•    ticket creation – for complex issues that cannot be immediately resolved, the assistant efficiently identifies the problem and creates support tickets, streamlining the resolution process.

“Our development team have created something really remarkable, a suite of AI tools that elevate both backend systems and consumer-facing applications,” said Sander Kerstens, CEO of MwareTV. “This is not AI vapourware: this is real, practical, valuable new functionality that can be rolled out to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction right now.

“MwareAI Support Assistant empowers self-sufficiency for subscribers, giving them the confidence to resolve issues with no waiting for phone or email responses,” he said. “And it is more than just solving problems: it can drive growth for operators by giving subscribers direct control over their subscriptions and speeding purchases for upgrades, prompted by proactive, tailored marketing.”
