A+E Media Group® has appointed Kylie Munnich Vice President of Content Sales, it was announced today by Patrick Vien, Group Managing Director, A+E International, to whom she will report. 

In her new role, Munnich will oversee content sales for A+E Networks’ extensive catalog of globally popular and culturally relevant content throughout the U.K. and Ireland.

A highly accomplished executive with over three decades of experience in the global entertainment industry, Munnich joins A+E Networks from Goalpost Pictures, where she recently served as Chief Executive Officer, leading the day-to-day management and supporting the partners to secure commissions and international deals for the company’s IP and production services.

Prior to her role at Goalpost Pictures, Munnich was Chief Executive Officer of Screen Queensland, where she achieved record production levels and negotiated historic budget increases, positioning Queensland as a premier destination for screen projects.

Munnich also held pivotal executive roles at leading entertainment companies, including Sony Pictures Television, where she was Senior Vice President of Distribution for the U.K., Ireland, and Africa. She also managed distribution for the Studio in Australia and New Zealand for several years. Other key sales roles included Seven Studios and Sonar Entertainment in Australia. Before that, she was Director, Drama & Comedy at Sky Vision (now Sky Studios); Director for Asia Pacific at MGM International Television Distribution; and International Sales Manager at Filmbank Distributors. Munnich began her career in international content sales at Bryan Hambleton Television Associates in London as a sales agent for Overseas Filmgroup, Orion Pictures, Rigel, and Lions Gate International.
