South Korea’s CJ ENM entertainment powerhouse regional office CJ ENM Hong Kong (CJ ENM HK) has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA), Far EasTone Telecommunications (FET) and TV Network – TVBS to discuss a multi-year content fund to co-produce and jointly distribute content.
The signing ceremony between the 4 parties took place at Taiwan Creative Content Fest today attended by Managing Director of CJ ENM HK – Michael Jung; Chairman of Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA) – Homme Tsai, COO of Far EasTone, Digital Entertainment – Gary Tsai and General Manager of TVBS – Sheena Liu under the witness of Minister of Culture, Shih Che.
This strategic alliance covers expertise from creative productions, distribution and marketing, media networks and technology. The fund will focus on identifying and funding promising projects. It will also provide financial support, mentorship, and valuable industry connections aiming to produce more interesting content with the unique exchange of cultural backgrounds.
