Set in London, 2016. Massimo Ruggero (Alessandro Borghi) is now CEO and, with his new Head of Trading Wu Zhi, has earned huge profits for NYL’s Chinese shareholders. However, faulty polling data on the Brexit referendum threatens total disaster: taking advantage of the situation, Dominic Morgan (Patrick Dempsey) returns and asks Massimo to join him in a new global war, between China and the West, for control of global data. After tragedy strikes at the heart of Massimo’s team, Massimo must decide which side he is on in a battle that will threaten his life and ultimately leads to a final showdown in 2020, against the backdrop of the Coronavirus pandemic.
