Prime entertainment Group just announced that its program “The Tuschinski – Amsterdam” 1×52’ just won the Grand Prize of the 3D International Festival of Korea. The shows is part of the series “Mythical Movie Theatres” 8×52’ just acquired by Sky Arts in New Zealand!
The 3DKIFF festival aims to reward special contributions in the field of stereoscopic 3D. It is a mention of excellence for new 3D works. Its aim is to encourage the advanced use of 3D technology as well as on a high artistic level as well as in the application of new technologies and workflows.
The “Mythical Movie theatres” collection takes you all around the world to discover some of the most beautiful and mythical movie theatre as well as the thrilling history of the cities they inhabit. An exceptional and moving documentary work that brings together eight episodes of 52 ‘, eight singular adventures, eight architectures too, which contribute to the universality of the seventh art and to the history of the XXth century.
Episodes include The Thission of Athens, The Porvenir in Tierra de Fuego, The Byrd of Richmond in Virginia, The Lucerna in Prague, The Campoamor in La Havana, The Tuschinski in Amsterdam and The Champollion in Paris.
