Inter Medya’s most popular dramedy series Hayat, the first production of Bi Yapim, has secured several new broadcasting regions. Inter Medya has signed deals in Albania (Tring Digital), Pakistan (Filmazia/Filmax/Filmworld/Aruj) and Afghanistan (1 TV) and is about to seal an agreement in India.
Can Okan, Founder and CEO of Inter Medya, said, “At a time when Turkish Drama series are extremely popular in the global market, we believe that dramedies such as Hayat will achieve strong results worldwide and many sales in the near future.”
Originally called Ask Laftan Anlamaz, the series aired on one of Turkey’s largest channels; SHOW TV. Perfectly combining love and humor, the series offers viewers an original one; on one hand is Murat, the handsome, cool, perfectionist young man who took over the responsibility of his family’s company at an early age while on the other hand is Hayat, the beautiful, joyful, yet clumsy young woman who lives to enjoy life.
If Hayat, who is having a hard time finding a job, doesn’t find one in 24 hours, she has to go back to her small hometown. Desperate and helpless, she doesn’t know what to do when she suddenly finds herself working for Murat. A chain of events develops and turns everything into one big mess, of which the love between her and Murat will be at the center.
