The producer and Distributor Prime Entertainment Group starts Mipcom market with great prospects having just closed a major package deal with more than 50 hours of its Entertainment series with major network Canis Television Media for its SHOWBIZ channel in the UK.

ShowBiz Television is part of the Canis Media Group, it was formed in Spring 2015, and can be found on Sky 266 and Freeview Channel Manchester 80. The channel offers a breathtaking variety of entertainment ‎across all genres, from classic British feature films to cult American television; from live gigs by legendary rock stars to homegrown reality TV.

The programs acquired by Canis Television Media will start airing on Showbiz channel in November under great thematic evenings and include the successful ranking series Ultimate Countdown which was acquired by E! Entertainment Germany and Asia this year, 26 episodes from the Celebrity portraits Close Up and 26 episodes from the best seller Hollywood’s Best Film Directors, airing on channels as HBO and Netflix and acquired just before the market by AMC Sundance who extended their feed for the series on multiple new territories.
