Philippines– Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) Asia has launched a new weekend MTV branded block, which started airing in the Philippines on 16 July 2016 with free-to-air broadcaster, TV5 Network Inc.
Over 18.4 million Filipino homes which can access TV5, are now able to enjoy a weekend of up to two and a half hours* of popular MTV international content including Catfish, Ex on the Beach and Ridiculousness. In the first weekend premiere on the channel, the shows for the branded block ranked within the top ten highly rated shows on TV5.
