Los Angeles– Paul Franklin has been named President of CBS Television Distribution (CTD). In his new role, Franklin will oversee all operations for CBS’ domestic syndication company. Franklin will assume oversight of a division that features six of the top 10 first-run syndicated shows; including long-running franchises such as Judge Judy, Entertainment Tonight, Dr. Phil, Wheel Of Fortune and Jeopardy!. The division also provides a pipeline of top-rated, off-network programming from CBS Television Studios to the broadcast syndication market.
