London– FremantleMedia International (FMI) have acquired the international distribution rights to the documentary Serena from US-based Film45.
The documentary reaches beyond the sports world to provide an unfiltered glimpse into the life of one of the greatest sports icons of this generation during her historic stint from 2015-2016. Serena is executive produced by the award-winning Peter Berg (Lone Survivor, Friday Night Lights).
