Endemol Shine Group announced changes within its senior team of Endemol Beyond.

Georg Ramme will step down as Managing Director, Endemol Beyond Germany and as Global Managing Director of Endemol Beyond International. Michael Kollatschny will take over as Managing Director, Endemol Beyond Germany. Group Director of Commercial and Strategy, Wim Ponnet will be overseeing the company’s international digital business.

Kollatschny will take up his position at Endemol Beyond on 1 May, and will be based in Cologne, reporting to Marcus Wolter, CEO of Endemol Shine Germany and Chairman, Northern Europe, Endemol Shine Group. After seven years with the company, Ramme will leave the company in May, after a handover period.

Endemol Beyond is now updating its name to Endemol Shine Beyond, reflecting the combined business of Endemol Shine Group.
