Beijing— Sony Pictures Television’s (SPT) adaptation of hit comedy Mad About You continues to amass a strong following in its first two weeks in China.

The comedy has attracted 109 million views on AVOD platform Youku since its debut, including 50 million views in the second week alone.

The series’ on-air performance on Dragon TV was equally impressive, ranking the No.1 show for two weeks. Dragon TV had outperformed its closest competitor, Jiangsu TV, by +41% among Total Viewers and +62% among Adults 15-49. It also continues to significantly build on its lead-in, Emergency Room, by +53% among Total Viewers and +66% among Adults 15-49.
