Invizimals ™: a Tale of Two Dimensions

Madrid – Invizimals ™: the Alliance and Invizimals ™: a Tale of Two Dimensions have just premiered on the digital platforms iTunes and PlayStation®Network (PSNsm). Both movies are offshoots from the Invizimals™ cartoon series that has just been released worldwide and, like the series, are based on the successful like-named videogame saga from PlayStation® – being pioneers in the incorporation of Augmented Reality techniques that allow viewers to unblock additional content on second screens. Both are already available within the Premium mode on the two platforms, both for sale (Electronic Sell Through) and for rent (VOD), in different countries.

In fact, on the iTunes platform, the movies from the Invizimals™ saga are available for Spain, France, Italy and Australia in a first phase that will be progressively amplified. For its part, the PSN platform has just opened access for both titles from Spain and, soon, will incorporate new territories as well.

Co-produced by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, Screen 21, Corporació Catalana de Mitjans Audiovisuals and TVE, both the cartoon series Invizimals™ (26 x 30’) and the two movies (1 x 70’) portray the adventures of the young scientist Keni Nakamura and the Alliance of Hunters on their mission to discover and protect the mysteries of the world of the Invizimals –a parallel dimension to our that is now threatened by an army of robot Xtractors.
