Zodiak Kids announced that CBeebies’ Mister Maker will be touring Australia and New Zealand in a live theatre tour after signing a deal with global entertainment provider Live Nation. The deal has been put in place by Zodiak Kids’ Australian agent Fusion.

The agreement will see a show featuring Mister Maker, based on the TV series, appearing in key cities throughout Australia from January 2015. Starting at the Iconic Sydney Opera House for seven days the show will then return to major cities including; Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Auckland in June 2015.

The Mister Maker live theatre tour is a unique live offering, bringing together exciting live entertainment values with inspirational ideas for Mini Makers to go out there and be creative. Appealing to parents and mini makers alike the show will be packed full of exciting makes, songs and dancing with Mister Maker’s sidekicks ‘The Shapes’ joining the CBeebies star live on stage.

Mister Maker launched in 2010 on ABC Television in Australia and the brand continues to go from strength to strength with key licensees on board including; DVDs from ABC, arts & crafts and publishing from Lake Press, Benson Show Bags and Giromax Clay Buddies launching Autumn 2014.

Live Nation joins a roster of over 25 licensees for Mister Maker including Creativity International, Green’s Cakes, RMS, PMS, Giromax, Dreamtex and Trademark, a recent highlight for the brand was the launch of first ever Mister Maker stand-alone magazine from Immediate Media.

Zodiak Kids owns worldwide television, licensing and merchandising rights to Mister Maker.
