London – Pilot Productions has launched a new subscription channel on the YouTube platform (www.youtube.com/GlobeTrekkerChannel) as part of its digital subscription strategy for 2014. The announcement was made by Ian Cross, Managing Director of Pilot Productions.
Available with immediate effect, the Globe Trekker subscription channel enables subscribers to have instant access to view a selection of Globe Trekker episodes for a monthly subscription fee of $3.99 per month (or equivalent value in non-U.S. territories).
Having recently launched a subscription channel in the United States on the leading video on demand streaming platform Roku with the GlobeTrekker.TV channel, the Globe Trekker YouTube subscription channel will further expand the reach and availability of Globe Trekker episodes throughout the world in the key markets currently available to purchase a monthly subscription on YouTube.
The territories currently available to purchase a subscription are: Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Portugal, Russia, Senegal, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Uganda, Ukraine, United Kingdom and the United States.
The Globe Trekker YouTube Subscription Channel is offered alongside other digital outlets offering subscription and pay-per-view channels such as Roku, YouTube Rentals, Vimeo On Demand and Amazon Instant Video that Pilot Productions has launched for Globe Trekker.
