Hong Kong, China – Colliers International announced on June 10 the appointment of Tammy Tang as Executive Director of Industrial Services, China. This strategic hire echoes the leading global commercial real estate company’s drive to strengthen their hold on the world’s largest potential industrial market and bolster their foremost position in Asia’s industrial services sector.
In her new position, Tammy will lead Colliers’ China-based industrial services team, and help expand their service and geographical coverage to industrial clients. Beyond their existing service platform that includes tenant and landlord representation and investment advisory, she will establish a new advisory team in Shanghai and grow the project marketing capabilities – new offerings that will further establish Colliers as China’s leading real estate firm.

Tammy’s appointment follows several big moves by Colliers within Asia’s industrial services sector. The formation of dedicated teams such as the specialised Logistics, Warehouse and Transportation group led out of Singapore, demonstrates Colliers’ decision to focus their resources on this increasingly complex sector.

Tammy has been in China’s real estate industry for more than 17 years. Her diverse background includes development consultancy, investment, leasing, and marketing in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Previously a National Director, Head of Industrial, and Head of Business Parks and Consultancy at JLL, Tammy has handled a variety of significant landlord and tenant representation projects and countless advisory projects in more than 20 cities across China.
