Singapore – StarHub TV and RTL CBS Asia Entertainment Network announced on May 22 that they will bring in two new high-definition channels, RTL CBS Entertainment HD (StarHub TV Channel 509) and RTL CBS Extreme HD (StarHub TV Channel 428) on May 26. To give customers a taste of the channels, a free preview will be held from launch to July 31.
In addition, on-demand and StarHub TV Anywhere options are scheduled to be launched in the third quarter of 2014, truly giving StarHub TV customers the added flexibility of watching the channels anytime, anywhere. The on-demand channels will allow viewers to catch up on their favourite programmes at their own convenience while customers can watch the channels on their laptops, smartphones and tablets on StarHub TV Anywhere.
RTL CBS Entertainment HD is an exciting general entertainment channel which promises exclusive new seasons of top-rated international titles. Upcoming highlights include the Emmy Award and Golden Globe Awards-winning House of Cards (Kevin Spacey, Robin Wright), The Millers (Will Arnett, Jayma Mays), Elementary (Jonny Lee Miller, Lucy Liu), Under the Dome (Dean Norris, Rachelle Lefevre), All-Star Celebrity Apprentice, America’s Got Talent, Entertainment Tonight and the Late Show with David Letterman.

A brand new male-skewed action entertainment channel, RTL CBS Extreme HD is the destination for extreme and action packed content such as Cosentino International Magician of the Year 2013, Dynamo: Magician Impossible, Criss Angel: BeLIEve, Red Bull Air Race World Championship, Cliptomaniacs and Fear Factor, Hawaii 5-0 and NCIS: Los Angeles.

RTL CBS Entertainment HD and RTL CBS Extreme HD will be available on the Entertainment Basic HD Upsize and Lifestyle Basic HD Upsize respectively. StarHub TV Basic HD Upsize subscribers will be able to enjoy the new HD channels at no additional charge, depending on their Basic Tier subscription.
